A developer set up to build “as many council homes as it possibly could” in Waltham Forest has been warned it may be losing sight of this goal.
A notice in this week’s Guardian from the London Borough of Waltham Forest states that temporary road closures will be necessary while traffic calming cushions are converted to humps and other unspecified traffic calming measures are put in place. Road signs will specify which roads are shut and when but access to properties will be maintained wherever possible, subject to the extent and operation of the closures.
