　　7月24日，省委常委、三亚市委书记周红波主持召开市委常委会会议，传达学习《中共中央办公厅关于认真学习贯彻的通知》，研究三亚市贯彻意见。
　　会议强调，学习贯彻习近平总书记“七一”重要讲话精神是当前和今后一个时期的重大政治任务，要认真落实中办《通知》精神，加强组织领导，周密安排部署，不断掀起学习贯彻热潮。要组织开展集中学习和专题研讨，面向群众开展对象化、分众化、互动化宣讲，引导全市党员干部把学习“七一”重要讲话精神的成果转化为奋进新征程、建功新时代的实际行动，以伟大建党精神激励全市党员干部统筹抓好稳增长、促改革、调结构、惠民生、防风险各项工作，在建设社会主义现代化强国、实现第二个百年奋斗目标和海南自贸港标杆城市建设新征程的“赶考”中作出三亚贡献，交出优异答卷。
　　会议传达学习了习近平总书记对防汛救灾工作作出的重要指示和省委书记沈晓明、省长冯飞有关批示精神，听取了今年三亚市防汛防风防旱工作开展情况汇报，指出当前三亚市防汛防风工作正处于关键时期，各类灾害风险不容低估，要始终坚持人民至上、生命至上，加强组织领导和责任落实，全力排查整治风险隐患，密切关注风情雨情水情，精准发布预警信息，引导群众有效防灾避险，确保人民群众生命财产安全。要强化统一指挥调度和部门协调配合，做好应急物资、应急力量储备等防汛救灾各项准备工作。
　　会议传达学习了省委书记沈晓明、省长冯飞在三亚调研期间的指示精神，强调要切实把思想和行动统一到指示精神上来，以更高站位、更大力度、更实举措推动环保督察整改落实和深海、南繁产业发展等各项工作。要对照指示要求，逐项梳理、列出清单、明确任务、细化责任，明确责任领导 、牵头单位、责任单位和完成时限，将其与5月份省委书记沈晓明调研三亚的任务分工统筹结合、一体推进。要加强联动、密切配合，形成整体工作合力，加快推动各项工作任务落地落实 ，在海南自贸港建设中打造新标杆。
　　会议还研究了其他事项。
