Downtown lights up Top News The overhead festoon lights on Dewey St. were switched on Thursday, highlighting the $2.9 million renovation that has brought new energy to downtown. A nice crowd gathered for the lighting ceremony, and Sarah Talbott of the Flower Market, the president of the downtown association, gave credit to “too many people to name” for all their help.
