After a couple of years planning and preparation, as well as several months of construction, “The Shoppes at 225” has finally opened in downtown Pikeville.

Acropolis Express In towns all around Evansville, the Acropolis is serving a variety of creative gyro sandwiches, falafel, Greek salad and hummus. Also, each week brings a different selection of pre-packaged grab-and-go dinner entrees with sides. 2. Burrito Express Find all your favorite street taco meats and some unusual varieties at this authentic Mexican truck in Henderson. Look for specials such as adobada, pork marinated in a spicy sauce before searing; and lomo, lean pork braised in an achiote marinade and sliced. Also on the menu are fried “golden tacos,” birria tacos with cheese and more.
