President of the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) Dr. Abdullah bin Sharaf Al-Ghamdi has met with the Singaporean Minister for Communications and Information, Josephine Teo, on the sidelines of the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Safety Summit in London. During the meeting Thursday, topics related to AI technologies and ways to enhance joint cooperation between the Kingdom and Singapore in the fields of these advanced technologies within the framework of Saudi Vision 2030 were discussed.

President of the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) Dr. Abdullah bin Sharaf Al-Ghamdi, has met with the Dutch Minister for Digitalization, Alexandra van Huffelen, on the sidelines of AI Safety Summit in London. During the meeting on Wednesday, a number of topics related to AI, its advanced technologies, and how to deal with them were discussed.

The Artificial Intelligence (AI) Safety Summit 2023 kicked off Wednesday in London with the participation of President of the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) Dr. Abdullah bin Sharaf Al-Ghamdi, several ministers and high-ranking officials from commissions specialized in AI technologies worldwide. The summit brings together government officials, leading AI companies, civil-society groups, and experts in the first global gathering of its kind to discuss the future of AI and mechanisms to address its through internationally coordinated action.

President of the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA) Dr. Abdullah bin Sharaf Al-Ghamdi met on Thursday with Assistant Director-General for Social and Human Sciences of UNESCO Gabriela Ramos, on the sidelines of the AI Safety Summit in Riyadh. During the meeting, the two sides discussed issues related to artificial intelligence and its importance in promoting the sustainable development goals of the United Nations.

The AI Safety Summit, a global first of its kind, aims to bring together key nations, leading technology organizations, academia, and civil society to shape both national and international AI policymaking.
