Holland-area Pride events include car parade, 5K run
In Saugatuck and Douglas, Community Pride, MI has organized a Pride car parade Saturday, June 5. 
Next year, Community Pride hopes to return bigger and better, said organizer Liz Engel, with an outdoor festival at Beery Field with music, vendors and activities similar to the first Saugatuck-Douglas Community Pride event in 2019. 
This year s theme for the car parade is Equality has no boundaries.  
Lineup for the parade begins at 11 a.m. on Enterprise Drive at Blue Star Highway, near Christo s Roadhouse Bar & Grill in Douglas. All motorized vehicles are welcome, Engel said. 
The parade will begin at noon and proceed on Blue Star Highway through Douglas and Saugatuck.  ....
