Bagging a Michelin star is the ultimate hallmark of culinary excellence, with 22 restaurants given new Michelin star ratings in during a virtual event. There were just three two-star Michelin awards and two-three stars, but 17 restaurants were awarded one star while 16 were given Bib Gourmand recognition.
