The Ohio House Finance Committee recently released House Bill 110, which would put into the upcoming budget enough money to reimburse the counties for about 100 percent of the costs of indigent defense. Staff Writer LISBON — Changes to the way Ohio workshops operate for those with developmental disabilities have led to greater variety for the clients. Superintendent Bill Devon of the Board of Development Disabilities said when the state changed from the BDD operating the workshops to more of an oversight role for the clients, he was uncertain about the change which was mandated by the state.
