Sister Theresa Jodocy, 93, died on February 20, 2024, at St. Mary’s Medical Center after a brief illness. Born in Escanaba, Michigan to Peter and Clemence (Nizette) Jodocy and baptized Mary Theresa, she entered the Community of St. Scholastica Monastery as Sister Matthias. She made her Perpetual Monastic Profession in 1957 and celebrated her Golden and Diamond Jubilees in 2004 and 2014. She earned a BS in Elementary Education at The College of St. Scholastica, MA in Education from University of Minnesota Duluth in 1968, and MA in Theology from University of San Francisco in 1983. Irene Mae Moser, age 91 of Duluth, MN died peacefully on January 22nd in the presence of loved ones.
