For new models because the weakness of course is the deal that we have done it will result in some Affordable Housing but there will be limited if any access for our own employees to that project to that housing because any Housing Project Affordable Housing or low Income Housing that includes federal subsidies teachers and most School Employees are not eligible so we need to make a new deal and will be and i think we should pursue politically or think about other ways to build housing that is exclusively or largely for School District employees notably teachers.
