Many of the violations for the weeks of April 10 through April 23, 2024 had to do with sanitizer levels.
Another place was out of compliance due to hot meat not being kept at a high enough temperature.
Inspections done between Nov. 8 and Nov. 21 filed as of 12:30 p.m. Nov. 22 found evidence of rodent activity at one place. Follow-up inspections on 2 facilities out of compliance showed fewer violations.
One out of compliance facility had 8 violations.
