PEMBERTON TWP. — For five years, Jeffrey Havers has been a successful administrator for the Pemberton Township school system, according to district officials.  So now, the township school board is tapping the former teacher for the district's top administrative role.  On Feb. 1, Havers will take over as district superintendent, according to a Friday press release. He will replace interim superintendent Paul Spaventa as the leader of the pre-K-12 school district.
