Outgoing Westford schools chief reflects on 50-year career

A Westford teacher accused of online harassment and identity fraud is leaving the district, Superintendent of Schools Everett "Bill" Olsen confirmed.

Wicked Local WESTFORD -- With a state mandate coming into effect, the school district is preparing for a full, in-person return for the elementary grades on April 5.  Superintendent of Schools Everett "Bill" Olsen provided an update at the March 29 School Committee meeting. Although Olsen expressed optimism -- including in the eventual vaccination of young students -- he also urged caution, noting recent increases in COVID-19 cases. "We're looking forward.
