Investigators say Charles Edgar King Jr., used a note to steal almost $8,815 from a Guaranty Bank on North Glenstone July 10. Police received a tip that King was staying at a local hotel before he was later taken into custody. King told the FBI he used the money to buy a car, gave some away and spent the rest.
