Scott Ethridge, 36, was served a warrant and arrested for complicity to third-degree burglary. The warrant states Ethridge, in complicity with Holly Burns, 31, took items from a closed business in the area of West Second Street and Riverfront Drive. The pair can reportedly be seen on surveillance camera going to the rear of the building, to the docking area and removing merchandise from the area, the report said.
