Man in court on gun charges to await trial in family custody
A Mississippi man arrested in Mountain View last July on gun charges after an altercation with police was arraigned in federal court Tuesday on charges of possession of firearms by a prohibited person and making a false statement during purchase of a firearm and was released to the custody of his stepfather to await trial.
