Muncie man pleads guilty to child porn charges MUNCIE, Ind. — A Muncie man this week admitted to possessing child pornography after striking a deal with prosecutors. Scott Michael Dodd, 30, was arrested in March 2020 by members of the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, including Indiana State Police troopers and members of the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department. An Indiana State Police SWAT team served a search warrant at Dodd's South Hoyt Avenue home. The Muncie man was later charged with eight counts of possession of child pornography.
