Smith is charged with aggravated unlawful possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine. 54-year-old Scott C. Baldwin and 46-year-old Stacey M. Baldwin are charged with unlawful possession of methamphetamine. All are said to be residents of the house in the 200 block of South 10 th Street.
