Culture + Co., a cheese, charcuterie and wine-focused restaurant, will open by month’s end at L&L Market in West Nashville.
Jacqueline Palladino and Ashton Judy (mother and daughter, respectively) are co-owners of the restaurant, which also will offer craft beer, sandwiches, salads and dessert. Judy will serve as the general manager, with Palladino to handle chef duties. According to a release, the focal point of Culture + Co. is a moving conveyor belt from which customers can choose items.
