NRP Group revives plans for 300-plus apartments on Scranton Peninsula
The Cleveland-based developer has re-upped its option to buy a 7.5-acre site at the broader Thunderbird project. Between NRP's deal and another apartment proposal, more than 600 apartments are on the drawing board for the long-fallow peninsula.
