Continue the Sea-Based Terminal-Phase Missile Defense Program
The missile threat to the American people and U.S. allies isgrowing. President Bush's decision to withdraw from the outdatedABM Treaty has removed the single most debilitating obstacle to thedesign and deployment of an effective missile defense system. TheAdministration should now take advantage of this moment ofopportunity to move the nation's missile defense programs forwardwith all deliberate speed.
