WATERBURY — Three individuals were arrested on drug-related charges during a search warrant executed by the Vermont State Police today in Waterbury. Ramsey Haskins, 33, of Waterbury, was arrested on outstanding warrants for driving with a suspended license and possession of stolen property. He was transferred to the custody of the Vermont Department of Corrections.
