Major role in the presidential election, perhaps making a decision on whether the former whether the former president gets to stay on these ballots. yeah. it is quite the decision indeed, evan. appreciate it. thank you. outfront now, sean gripsly who represents the group of voters in colorado who want trump off of the ballot. the fact that the supreme court has agreed to decide this case, what is your reaction to that? what do you anticipate? well, we are thankful that the supreme court decided to take the case. we asked the supreme court to do so along with the petitioners. the republican state party, donald trump and our clients asked that. we are also gratified the court is setting it on expedited schedule. we had asked for argument by january 19th. that was probably pretty ambitious but having it on february 8th is pretty close, and we think the court will have the decision well in advance of super tuesday. there is the issue as evan ....
