Man dead, woman wounded in Lantana shooting; police taken suspect into custody
The shooting is under investigation and no other details were released Tuesday evening. It is the second homicide reported in Lantana this year, according to a Palm Beach Post online database. In July, 29-year-old Denicia Seward was shot and killed in a room at the Super 8 motel on Hypoluxo Road, Lantana police said. Days after the fatal shooting, police issued an arrest warrant for 28-year-old Andre Ramirez for second-degree murder. To date, no arrests have been made in that case. jwhigham@pbpost.com
