A Marshall man has been arrested after fleeing from police officers.
On the evening of Sunday, while on patrol, Searcy County Deputies assisted the Marshall Police with a complaint call concerning a 4-wheeler driving down Spring Street.
According to Searcy County Sheriff Kenny Cassell, deputies went down Highway 27 South in case the 4-wheeler traveled in that direction and found the 4-wheeler in a ditch. When officers began to step out of their vehicles, the 4-wheeler, driven by 27-year-old Derek Still of Marshall, left the ditch at a high rate of speed traveling towards Marshall. Officers noted that Stills was driving erratically at speeds of 50-60 mph. ....
