Abu Dhabi group ADQ has joined hands with Adnec to acquire a strategic 40.5% stake in Icon Group, the hospitality arm of Egypt-based Talaat Moustafa Group through a capital increase. The Icon owns 3 Four Season properties as well as a Kempinski hotel.
