MCPH will hold an appointment-only vaccine clinic on Friday, April 8th from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., and 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
On Tuesday the FDA authorized a second dose of the Pfizer or Moderna COVID-19 booster vaccine for those ages 50 and older.
The CDC says the extra booster is especially important for people 65 and older and those 50 and older who have underlying medical conditions.
