Now the pressure is on for cop26 to deliver more than just the usual empty promises on climate. the british prime minister is expected to tell world leaders it's time to move from aspiration to action to limit rising temperatures and take concrete steps to phase-out coal. among the key goals for cop26, securing global net zero by mid-century and keeping 1.5 degrees within reach. they also want countries to deliver on their promise of $100 billion a year to help developing nations fight the climate crisis. and cnn's phil black is following developments. he joins us now live from eden borough in...
