Carson City Health and Human Services is reporting Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2020 that there are 31 new cases and eight additional recoveries of COVID-19 in the Quad-County region. This brings the total number of cases to 1,185, with 1,056 recoveries and fifteen deaths, 114 cases remain active.
