After a brief period at Lockerbie Ice Rink as assistant ice master, Billy joined SMMB AI Centre at Lockerbie in 1967 where he worked as an AI technician for 12 years. Billy moved on to his first sales position to sell Dairy Genetics for Select Sires in 1979, based initially at Royston, Hertfordshire where he secured the post of salesperson for Scotland. Mar 13, 2021 The Hicks & Hayseeds 4-H club met March 2. Members worked on a portable craft table, which is the club’s donation to the Silent Auction held every year at the Lisbon Fair. The meeting began with treasurer’s report and secretary’s report. Upcoming clinic dates were announced. To conclude the meeting, the club viewed demonstrations by several members. There will be a morning session from 10:00 a.m. to noon followed by the afternoon session from 1:00 p.m. till 3:00 p.m (US Central Standard Time).
