Berkshire County Leads In Vaccine Rollout Things are starting to look on the brighter side as far as vaccines go. Berkshire County has emerged as a leader in Massachusetts in the vaccine rollout. The Berkshire Eagle reports that Secretary of Health and Human Services Marylou Sudders told Lawmakers yesterday that Berkshire County had the highest vaccination rate per capita so far in the commonwealth.
