Union Railways Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw on Thursday said that India is developing hydrogen-powered trains and they will be ready in 2023.
In his statement, Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw, along with the Hydrogen powered train also mentioned the successful completion of the trial runs of the Vande Bharat Trains, reports ANI.
Only Germany had so far developed hydrogen-powered trains. Germany launched the world's first fleet of hydrogen-powered passenger trains this year.
