Senate Bill 342 aims to allow the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children access to records of child abuse and missing or exploited children in Georgia.

The Senate started today by unveiling its version of the $32.5 billion Amended FY 2023 Budget. In the House, there were 6 bills addressing insurance concerns. Later, the Senate Regulated Industries Committee addressed certificate of need for healthcare facilities.
Work continued under the Gold Dome, the big news being the passage of the Amended FY 2023 Budget by the House. HB 18, outlining Georgia’s spending for the period ending June 30, 2023, has now made its way to the Senate for review.
