JOHN DAY — The city of John Day has budgeted the sale of the Seneca and John Day cybermills into their 2024-25 budget, throwing the future of the two establishments into question. The Seneca and John Day cybermills, along with the Prairie City cybermill were constructed as an internet access point for those in the county who have less than adequate internet service.
