Cloudy skies are in the forecast for sunday before a pacific storm system moves into arizona. Subtropical moisture ahead of the storm is pumping into the state from the south. This is producing clouds and virga, or rain that evaporates before it hits the surface, during the morning and early afternoon hours. Humidity is also increasing. By 2 p. M.
