Seal Beach Police Department announces four promotions
The Seal Beach Police Department is ringing in the New Year by promoting four officers to the ranks of corporal, sergeant, and lieutenant. In September of 2020, the Seal Beach City Council approved a comprehensive Police Department Reorganization Plan. With the approval of this plan, the Seal Beach Police Department was approved to promote two police sergeants to the rank of lieutenant.
