Would-Be Thief Donates Bike to Northern
  A Northern New Mexico College security officer spotted a man and woman running from the Serpa Building area at the college, following a call from the alarm company regarding a commercial burglary.    Española Police Officer Abe Maes responded to the incident at 7:31 a.m., April 3 and spoke with Northern Security Officer Melvin Moquino, who told him the alarm notification was at the Serpa Building.    Moquino told him two people ran from the area and jumped the fence, then fled southbound down Railroad Avenue.
