Coming from the nonprofit world and being there for over 30 years and actually running one for about 18 years, i know how difficult it is when you dont get a cost of living adjustment for your budget and when we talk about cost of living you know when you have to operate a nonprofit, it includes everything from administrative costs to salaries and sometimes theres certain things go up faster than others.
