North York Borough Council voted 3-2 Tuesday in favor of decriminalizing small amounts of marijuana, but the mayor announced she will veto it.
The new ordinance proposed to borough council members would make possessing small amounts of marijuana a non-traffic citation that comes with a $50 fine.
