PANAMA CITY  Very rarely do brothers of different ages graduate together, but Haney Technical Center had two sets of brothers graduate Thursday night.
Michael Mancia, 20, and Marck Mancia, 22, along with Cole Moreau, 26, and Seth Moreau 29, graduated from Haney on Thursday. Even though the brothers from both families are graduating at the same time, they didn t start at the same time.
For the Mancia brothers, Marck started at Haney first by registering for the electrical program, which inspired Michael to join after him. Their family immigrated from El Salvador in Central America in 2006 and this was a great moment for their family. ....
