Frederick, howard and anne arundel schools will close three hours early. Montgomery schools will close two and a half hours early. Charles and Prince Georges County schools will close two hours early. Afternoon and evening activities including the board of education meeting are canceled. In virginia, Prince William county schools are closing three hours early. Arlington and alexandria city will close two hours early. Think the most rain in years for a single calendar day. Now we are watching the downpours line up along the coastline, areas in central mass getting the chance to dry out. Lets zoom in and take a tour around the south, buzzards bay region, heavy rain around marthas vineyard, looking into parliament, sandwich, carver into plymouth, right up 3, heavy downpours, marblehead adding up the coastline into manchester and gloucester, ipswich all seeing heavy rain.
