SRINAGAR: Family members of three youth killed in an encounter in HMT area on the outskirts of Srinagar on Wednesday claimed that they were civilians, present in their homes until December 29. They alleged that the trio was killed in a staged encounter, which started in the HMT area near Srinagar-Bramullah highway on the afternoon of December 29. On receipt of the written complaint of the Manager a Case FIR No. 258/2020 U/S 380 IPC was registered in PS Parimpora and investigation taken up. During the course of Investigation, the Scene of crime was minutely examined, it was found that ATM Machine was locked as usual without any mark of damage/violence to it. ....
