已经转移撤离群众5.8万人
　　据初步统计，此次洛南县降雨已造成洛源镇、石门镇等12个镇不同程度受灾；县城通往石门黄龙、麻坪、石坡、巡检、保安、洛源、灵口等7个镇道路中断；麻坪、洛源、永丰、石门、石坡、巡检、寺耳、保安8个镇部分电力中断；石门镇太白岔村、洛源镇龙潭村、巡检镇高山河村、石坡镇黑山村等四镇办共19个村通讯中断；沿洛河6个镇办部分河段洛河水漫过河堤、公路；张坪水库超汛限水位5.7米，下泄流量2200立方米/秒，超洛河保证水位。截至目前，暂时无人员伤亡报告。
　　22日接到灾害天气预报后，当地已提前组织干部群众做好防御和撤离。洛南县已经转移群众约5.8万人。目前，当地正在组织专业救援队伍抓紧救援。
