Three Elizabethtown men recently were indicted by a Hardin County grand jury for three separate incidents of first-degree strangulation earlier this year. Brian Napier, 38; James Webb, 18, and Adam Webb, 34, face Class C felony charges punishable by five to 10 years in prison, if convicted. Napier also was indicted for fourth-degree assault â domestic violence with minor injury, and first-degree persistent felony offender. Adam Webb also was indicted on a fourth-degree assault charge.
