ZBA denies special permits for Wellfleet contractor's yard
WELLFLEET — The Zoning Board of Appeals on Thursday denied special permits for a proposed contractor's yard with bulk storage on Route 6. In its decision, the board cited a lack of project information and potentially adverse impacts to neighboring lands, including property owned by Cape Cod National Seashore. The project at 1065 U.S. Route 6 also drew significant concern from residents, about 100 of whom attended the April 8 hearing that was conducted via Zoom.
