West Hartford residents age 21+ will have to wait a few more months before the launch of their local market as plans move forward to open the town’s first adult-use dispensary this spring. Budr, a Social Equity Joint Venture cannabis retailer, is set to move into 1037 Boulevard in West Hartford.
