　　肖金成：中部地区承东启西，连南贯北，处于交通枢纽的位置，过去认为中部地区地处内陆，对外开放不占优势，现在这种区位劣势正在转变。我国推进“丝绸之路经济带”建设，加大力度向西开放，借助长江黄金水道和新亚欧大陆桥，中部地区具有双向开放优势。湖北、湖南、河南三省位于京广交通线上，“十四五”时期定会集中发力。安徽已被纳入长三角经济带，江西向东对接长三角、向南融入粤港澳大湾区，山西与京津冀联系很密切，未来也将融入环渤海经济区。
　　各省发展基础良好，下一步在高质量发展过程中，要在快速增长的同时提质增效。
