Go Negosyo founder Joey Concepcion(file photo) MANILA - The Private Sector Advisory Council (PSAC) will launch on Friday a program for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) called Kapatid Angat Lahat. This program was initiated by Go Negosyo founder Joey Concepcion, who is also the Jobs group lead of PSAC.
