According to an application order filed by the Islamic sect, they want the court to slam an order of Mandamus on the state Attorney General, Mr. M. A Lawan, and the state CP to immediately arrest and prosecute Abduljabar Kabara. This is coming after a special meeting between Ganduje and Islamic clerics from all Muslim sects in the state, on the need to allow for a debate between Kabara and other scholars.
