Proceeded by his father, Paul Allen Breneman, who was police chief in Kingman, KS. and his mother, Laurella Rose White, who worked for Boeing in Wichita and was an avid clarinetist and wonderful mother. Not surprisingly, Gene followed in his mother’s footsteps and has been a musician his entire life.
